Thank you for all your support and feedback! This is what I love about the Nexus community :-)
OK, so for the next update the wishlist seems to be:
* Configurable Bloody Facial lifetime - Can do.
* Toggleable blood drips - Can do.
* Toggleable blood effects for Dwemmer Automatons and Spiders (any other creatues?) - Think I can do.
* Configurable script update time (might help if you have script heavy mods) - Can do
* Apply blood to face only - I'm afraid I don't know how do do this (yet). The shaders I use are always applied to the face and body - a limitation of the game engine. Will investigate however ...
* Vampire bloody facial - Can do, but I might not do this for the next release. WIll think about it.

Im not sure vampire blood effects are necessary, I use a popular mod that alters vampire effects while feeding/starving/full, im not sure they would be compatible. Nevertheless this mod is amazing and everything so far works great! Kudos to you sir!

Have you thought about adding in configurable options for whom the blood applies to? It would be nice to disable them for the player or enable blood only on the attacker or attacked. Just some thoughts.

Just saw an issue or i think someone noticed this before. Whenever you cast Magelight to a target (e.g. Follower, Enemies etc.) Bloodstains will appear.

Very nice mod ... too bad that I had to uninstall it since every time I cast a spell on an npc they get covered in blood!
I Tried uninstalling every thing that might be related , tried different load orders ..nothing!
Hope you find the problem and fix it!
Edit : OK SOLVED bf.esphas to be loaded very high on load order ( in my case right after esm files! )
how ever ..this way it does not work on brawls! ( only in fights ) but at least casting spells on npc's works normally now!
also ..an option for duration of blood stains would be nice in mcm menu ... since swimming does not remove it!

Yeah, don't add vampire facials, " Dynamic Vampire Appearance" already implements an effect that causes blood to cover the players mouth after they feed. Would hate to have two of my favorite mods become incompatable.

Is there a way to make the blood stains on costume hairs to?
Like Apachii or SG hairs. Now it only apears on vanila hairs.

Hey Poshpaws, can you make this Bloody Facials Reblooded mod be able to run in the game itself by choosing data files, without installing SKSE, SKYUI, MCM ? That will be a lot easier for people who wants to use your mod

Guide to porting to SSE.
1.Install mod
2.Install Creation KIT
3.Open CK(aka Creation Kit)
4.Click on open mods
5.Set BF.esp as active
6.Wait till loads everythings.
7.Press save, and wait till saves.
8.Close CK.
9.Open SSEdit.
10.Select BF.esp and start.
11.Open the following groups: BF/Effect Shader.
12.Find "AbsorbGreenFXSDUPLICATE001" and delete it.
13.Now open Skyrim.esm/Effect Shader, click on EditorID at top to sort the names, and locate "AbsorbGreenFXS"
14.Right click on it, "Copy as new record into..." and put the name "AbsorbGreenFXSDUPLICATE001", and save it in BF.esp.
15.Close SSEdit and save BF.esp.
16.Open game.
17.Spank Nazeem. Is he bloodied?
18.It just works.
Thanks to everyone reporting the black texture error, and @LoopsOrLamps for pinpointing the method to fix it. I just sorted things out. Good game!

Works Like a Charm in SE. Thanks to both you and LoopsOrLamps.
As LoopsOrLamps pointed out renaming the dds is very crucial.
i.e in textures-->blood folderRename poshblood1 to PoshBlood1 with a capital 'P' and 'B'. Continue with the others and rename them also. Do not forget to rename poshblooddrip to PoshBloodDrip.

If by any chance you are getting black shimmers, it means that you have installed Helmet Toggle mod. Do not install it in SE if you plan to use this mod. I'll be continuing updates in the coming days if I find any more black shimmers related to this mod

If you have a mod which adds a lot of NPCs. The black Shimmers resurfaces. Till now the only solution to this problem is to lower the Radius of Sub Surface Scattering in ENB. Otherwise turn Sub Surface Scattering off completely.
I've been working on this mod for more than a month now. Did a lot of clean up but still this is the major problem which resurfaces every time.
I just need a bit more time, and then I'll solve it.

NEWER UPDATE: Added more to installation guide to help with stablilty.
FINALLY i fixed the "FastTravelShimmer" bug, most notably the "Whiterun after Greybeards Summons" one! The guide posted above me works, but it only actually achieves 50% of the complete fixes I realized I cryptically posted. There's actually a "bit" more to it then you might realize.
0. ONLY DO IF YOU TRUST ME! Delete effects in Bloody Facial's texture folder. Capitalize the blood folder. If done, proceed to step 2
1. UNPACK the Texture.bsa in the BASE GAME DATA FILES which contains "magiccaustic01.dds". Overwrite Oldrym's Bloody Facial's one with it.
2. Follow the Port Guide posted above UNTIL YOU REACH "14."
3. DO NOT "Copy as new record" but INSTEAD "Copy as override (with overriding) into..."*
*DUPLICATE001 is what BREAKS THE MOD IN THE FIRST PLACE as it is a glitch of the CK wrongfully labelling it as a SEPERATE ENTRY!

4. Now check any of the PoshpawBloods and Crips. Check the Particle Shader Texture PATH. Notice something off? "MagicCaustic01" is CAPITALIZED*
*Yes, for some INANE reason, the game FREAKS OUT and SHIMMERS YOU TO OBLIVION when this certain file path is called. Even though its named the same, the command is CASE-SENSITIVE. Which means if the file isn't the same, it'll assume a placeholder: THE BLACK SHIMMER RECTANGLE
4.20 Correctly rename the textures in the blood folder for Bloody Facials to match the Filenames for the PATHs present in SSEdit
5. Go into your wherever you put Bloody Facials' textures and rename "magiccaustic01" to "MagicCaustic01."
6. Continue the guide above from Step 15.
6.5 Reset (Deactivate, Activate) Bloody Facials via MCM
Boom. Fixed your mod for good this time. Anyway the info below is now outdated and is only there to serve as a Time Stamp

Anyway, the main problem i'm seeing with this mod is that it causes a "Graphical Black Shimmer Bug." Yeah, we've all been there. I have as well. But instead of giving up, I said "Screw it! Let's break this game to its fullest!" So i did. I broke Skyrim to the point that the entire screen was black! But that got me thinking, "why'd it turn black? What did I do wrong." So I started removing files, scripts, even the esp, left and right, hoping the behavior would change. And boy did it did.
First thing I noticed, the BLACK SHIMMER COMES FROM ONE EFFECT: "MAGICCAUSTIC01.dds." If you've read this far and know what this is, and have converted it yourself, then go ahead and simply apply the fix yourself. else read on... The reason for this is simple:

YOU'RE USING AN OUTDATED ASSET FROM A DIFFERENT VERSION OF THE GAME!
Yeah, i said it. And it's true. Because THAT'S WHAT FIXED IT!
SWITCH OUT YOUR EFFECT AND REPLACE IT WITH SPECIAL EDITION'S!
Or change it with LE's. Chances are it may've been updated during a rogue update.
Boom. Fixed your mod.
There's probably some other stuff in the esp and core files. But i messed around and changed so many values and entries for testing i forgot what they even were. So no help there. Just pray and hope for the best.
So again, like I said, if you are one of the lucky few who converted to SSE, first off, congrats on opening up CK. Achievement Unlocked!
Second, thank you for helping me narrow down what it was. I would've been desperately lost without knowing the common error.
And third, no I can't post an SSE file. Someone else can but not me. I don't even have a file sharing site. Maybe Google Drive, but i'd need a burner account... I'll see if no one does. In the meantime, just learn how to convert for your own sake. Please? Thank you. Aight enjoy this mod after 6 years. Lamps Out.

For people who have converted to SE:
I have extracted the files from the BSA and installed like normal but when the blood effect is active and I move the camera in 3rd person there is this weird black shimmer effect :( Did you guys have to do something special to get around this or has someone figured out how to solve this issue?
I absolutely loved this mod in LE and really want to have it in SE as well :'(

Might be wrong but the black shimmering thingie sounds like a graphical issue, obviously, but let me broaden this hehe.
It sounds like a rendering issue, wherein a game will do black textures as placeholder as it loads proper textures in, it could just be a driver issue, so get new drivers, or it could be your graphics card does not have enough Vram.
I ported Bloody Facials Reblooded over to SSE last night, first time ever using CK, although no stranger to modding, but the blood works, the mod works, so I do not think it is the mod at fault, and tried spinning in 3rd person, mainly to test the mod was working, and blood was all over me as I let a hostile get a few hits in hehe.
My issue is that I do not know how to get MCM working with the ported version of BFR lol.
If you know how to do that, then I would be grateful, but hope my advice helps you too.

I have exactly the same issue in sse. Mod works but this black shimmer effect after you've being hit doesn't give a chanse to use it.

Thanks for your response! Really appreciate it. I find it hard to believe it's my vram since my GTX 1070 should be good enough. Could be a software issue thought. I'll make sure my drivers are up to date and give it another go. If someone else fixes it in the meantime please let me know

I also got the shitty black effect when i ported the mod. It might be a problem with the textures compression but i have no idea how they were compressed, i'll check it out

Ok, so i opened every texture from the mod in photoshop and compressed them with bc7, and now the npcs not only get the black shimmer effect, but the WHOLE body turns black, so i give up

I also get the black shimmer effect.
It's probably a shader issue.
Either an enb setting or a Skyrim SE setting, I guess.
Edit: For me turning off Subsurface Scattering in enb fixed the problem.
